Client Privacy
- All information shared with Clear and Sorted Spaces will be kept strictly confidential.
- Client names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, schedules, photographs, and details regarding the home or organization project will never be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties without consent, unless required by law.
- We maintain a respectful and judgment-free environment during every service.
Personal Belongings & Sensitive Information
- During organizing sessions, we may come across personal documents, financial information, photographs, sentimental items, medications, or other sensitive belongings.
- All personal items and information encountered during services will be treated with care, respect, and complete discretion.
- Clear and Sorted Spaces will never intentionally access, copy, photograph, or share sensitive personal information.
Photos & Marketing
- Before-and-after photos may be requested for documentation, portfolio use, social media, or marketing purposes.
- No photos containing personal information, family photographs, addresses, or identifiable details will be shared publicly without written client permission.
- Clients may decline photography at any time without affecting the quality or availability of services.
Digital Information & Communication
- Any information submitted through our website, email, social media, or inquiry forms is used solely for communication, scheduling, invoicing, and service-related purposes.
- We take reasonable precautions to protect digital communications and stored client information.
- Client contact information will never be sold or used for spam or unrelated marketing purposes.
Third-Party Product and Purchases
- If shopping or sourcing services are requested, only the information necessary to complete purchases or deliveries will be shared with trusted vendors or retailers.
- Payment information is handled securely through approved payment providers and is not stored by Clear and Sorted Spaces.

Client Consent
- By using our services, clients acknowledge and agree to this Privacy & Confidentiality Policy.
- Clients may request the removal of approved marketing photos or stored contact information at any time by contacting Clear and Sorted Spaces directly.
Cancellation Policy
- We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to deposit loss.
- If Clear and Sorted Spaces needs to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to arrange a new appointment as soon as possible.
- Clients who are more than 30 minutes late to an appointment may have their session shortened or rescheduled depending on availability.
